Set a time limit : Imagine you only have 12 hrs to finish a product, what you'll do? I often set myself a time limit of 2 hrs or less. This helps me focus and create products faster than most people. Right now I use a very simple technique where I can create mini products and sell. This helps me focus and create 2-3 products in a week.

You have to find out what kind of products people are buying. If they are buying digital goods, then its fairly easy for you to create and sell. If they are buying hard goods, then you can just create a product and sell it in CD/DVD format. If you don't want to write, you can always hire ghostwriters. So there's always option open for you.

Here's my Last tip: If you can't write, then record it in audio. Interview someone or have someone interview you. This way in an hour you can create an audio product from scratch.
