The Internet Craze, Making Money Online Scam or Not?
By Barry Marcum

The net is full of good opportunities to do most what ever a person can imagine! The Big boys, Google and Yahoo are doing a fine job of putting tools out there for the novice and expert to use in building there sites and blogs. Some of these are AdSense, AdWords, Page Builder, Blogspot among a huge list of others!

To the point of the title. There are also a lot and I mean a whole lot of people who will sell you products that look great and have a nice landing page for you to be hypnotized by. But the products hardly ever live up to there claim they boast. Be sure to read the reviews on these products being posted. Double check there claims of success. Read the reviews written by the people you trust. Find a source you like and can use with ease. Then check there reviews. Cross check as many ways you can think of, then stick with them.

As time goes by you will see the weak and recognize the strong sites. Don't be so rushed that you jump on the first program you see. You are bound to loose. Be careful!!

Stick with Google tools and Yahoo tools to start with. You can trust them fully and they have all the tools for free in most cases until you gain more experience. You will save money this way also!

Start with: Blogs, Write about anything Free

Geocities build your own web

Use AdSense for revenues

Write Articles; Pick something you like to start

Join Article Directories to submit your articles

Join Link Exchanges, Most are Free

Start slow, don't let anyone tell you this is easy and doesn't take much work. They are lying to YOU. It is not impossible by any means but still a lot of work. There are short cuts you can use like, cut and paste, auto fill, and auto submitters but you still have to do the data entry and the old Fashioned ways are still the best... By Hand Submitting and Link Building.

As a general rule of thumb, I usually get suspicious when this site is full of hype and flashy looks to the page. You will also notice that the merchant hardly ever gets straight to the point of the product, I mean what really makes it different! How does it really work or what does it depend on. I think a really good product should be able to stand on its own without a lot of fluff. In other words I would present it this way; Here is my product, These are the features, Here is what they can do for you, This is how it works, Here is the proof to back my claims up, and Last would be the cost and that's all. Of course it would be in an easy to look at theme.

Another thing that I look for is a way to contact them other than email. If a person puts there real contact info up for use, what does that tell you about there product? First they are willing to be contacted for real! I assume that it would be for all issue. They may even have a product that can be of real use to you and it works. They believe in there product! My personal experience has been that if you believe in what you are representing, it sells it self when you give your sells pitch because it shows in body language. You can also find this in a support section of the site as well. Often a business will have a good support dept if the product is also good. Without good support, I won't even consider it!

Be careful!
