Why Are So Many Network Marketing Companies Like Falling Stars By Happy Riches You, if you are like me, have probably seen numerous network marketing companies startup like a flash only to fade out like a fallen star. The fall out rate has been said to be around 90%, which is also about the fallout rate for members how join then throw in the towel. You may wonder why so many companies crash so quickly and why the ones that have longevity last. The short answer would have to be good products and good business practices. Really, if the products are no good, it doesn't matter how good a business is run, it will fail. On the other hand, if the products are excellent, but the business practices are lousy, the company will go under. What this means is the quality of the products are what the business has to be built upon. You may jump into a start up MLM or Network Company and think that this is great because you are able to make some quick money. However, there is more to life than just making a quick buck at the expense of a good reputation. Eventually, your reputation will catch up with you and you will suffer the consequences. What can be frustrating is when you belong to a network marketing company that has such a high sense of integrity but an overrated view of their business practices that they are not really into cutting edge marketing strategies. There are some companies that have been around for such a long time that they are beginning to look like they are from a forgotten world. Yet they still survive because people buy their products. One company, of which I am a member, is a little bit like I have described. This company is probably the fairest company I have come across when it comes to giving back to its distributors. Amazingly, there are no monthly volumes that have to be achieved to retain discount levels. Once you have obtained your discount level, you stay at that level as long as you remain a member. A remarkable 65% of the turnover goes back to distributors, which from I have seen is the highest in the industry. The company is profitable and registered on the stock exchange. But, in my view their marketing is old hat. Still the company turnover grows every year and there hasn't been a price increase for seven years now, which means that the products are more reasonably priced than they were before. Amazingly this company is able to survive and grow its business by not permitting distributors to have a website advertising their products or to sell their products on the Internet. There can only be one reason for this. The products are exceptional. The reason some companies are like falling stars and others can last the distance has to do with the quality of the product. It is this simple. Happy Riches knows how to show you how.
